 Advisory to the pastor, members share in responsibility for prudent administration of parish financial affairs. Members must be active parishioners, spiritually mature, and competent in financial matters. They must be capable of prudent judgments in assisting the pastor in the management of the parish's financial resources so the parish can pursue its mission of spreading Christ's Gospel.

Meetings occur monthly in the rectory, but vary according to need and member schedules. Functions include preparing the annual budget for the archdiocese and annual expense report for the parishioners. The Council monitors assets and accounts, and may also initiate fund raising.
