Extraordinary ministers assist the priest
at Mass with the distribution of Holy Communion. They also help link
the homebound to the parish by bringing the Eucharist to them.
Training is provided. Extraordinary ministers serve as scheduled;
usually two times per month dependent upon need and the number of
available Extraordinary ministers. |
